A monologue is always in-fact a dialogue. In this class, students will work on monologues of their choice and learn tools to assist in bringing their monologues to life with a sense of spontaneity, play, and specificity by focusing on relationships, imagery, and sensorial work. This class is for students who want to add new material to their repertoire or breathe new life into old monologues they have been working on that may feel over rehearsed and presentational. Students will bring in a monologue of their choice that they have worked on the first day of class. They will have the opportunity to work on up to 4 monologues during this 5 week course.
