I left the masterclass feeling deeply inspired and capable. Terry was extremely precise in his work. He created an atmosphere full of generosity and curiosity. I think every actor who is looking to improve their technical foundation and fall in love with acting all over again should take this workshop.
This place has become my artistic home. I went to this studio solely to learn how to act and what I got in return was so much greater. I got a phenomenal education and finally feel confident in my acting skills. I learned to expand my imagination, think critically, become comfortable with visibility, keep my commitments and I made lifelong friends. Training with Terry as well as the other wonderful teachers at his school will give you an everything you need to mentally and physically sustain yourself in this industry and hone your craft.
Terry is a unique teacher – his eye, his standards, his disposition, his knowledge of the text & what it demands, and his way with actors is unmatched…he truly works with you without letting you get by nor berating you…he always fosters a dialogue and an inquiry; he’s on your side and wants you to succeed.
Terry is an exceptionally attentive teacher. He listens deeply and responds to every word, gesture, and shift in tone, guiding actors toward truthful and grounded performances. What impressed me most was his commitment to each individual’s growth. His care for the work and for his students is evident in every moment of the class, and his guidance consistently brings out honest, compelling performances.
