“He is an extraordinarily insightful and gifted teacher, and the course was an invaluable introduction to the basic building blocks of being wholly present, listening openly, and responding genuinely. Anyone who has an opportunity to study with Terry should by all means take advantage of it!”

“I just finished class with Terry and it was the best decision I could’ve made. He helped me see the craft of acting from a whole new perspective and I felt like I grew so much in such a short amount of time. You can tell he genuinely cares because he makes it a point to try and get to know each person individually. I really didn’t want the workshop to end because I loved working with him so much!”

“It was a phenomenal class. The depth with which we dug into the material was incredible (especially given the short length of the workshop), and Terry tailored his coaching so specifically to each actor’s toolbox. I always felt he spoke to me in a way I fully understood, and I felt he knew where to push me and challenge me. I am looking into enrolling in one of TK’s longer NY-based programs based on my experience in this workshop. Thanks Terry!”

About the Workshop

World renowned Acting Teacher and Coach Terry Knickerbocker, recently hailed as “New York’s top acting coach” by Entertainment World is coming to Berlin to share his Meisner expertise!

Monday – Thursday
9:30 am – 1:30 pm

An actor is only as good as their ideas and their ability to execute those ideas when the director says “action,” or the stage lights come up.
In this Berlin Acting Workshop, Terry will guide students through the process of making every moment count and creating lively, rich, and truly memorable performances.

By gaining better control of their instrument and growing in their confidence students will work towards performances that transcend the skill of acting into an art.  Work is to focus on truthfulness, fearlessness, and playfulness. It is this approach that helped guide Sam Rockwell to his Oscar Winning performance in Three Billboards Outside of Ebbing, Missouri.
