
Chris Browne Valenzuela
Chris Browne Valenzuela is an award winning Chilean actor, playwright and educator based in New York City. His original work has been presented by various organizations, including Dixon Place and The Center, earning him The Hispanic Federation’s 2024 “Abniel Marat” Award for best playwright.

As an actor, he’s led productions at various houses both in the United States and his native Chile, including The Puerto Rican Traveling Theater, Mill Mountain Theatre, INTAR, IATI, JACK, Teatro Mori, and others, as well as being a company member of Teatro Sea and frequent collaborator of the Mercury Store.
Chris is also a faculty member at both The Terry Knickerbocker Studio and Circle in the Square Theatre School, where he teaches Mask Performance and Devised Works.
